Founded in the early seventies and becoming a corporation in 1979, Gardella Homes Incorporated has grown from its grass roots in the trades of residential construction,
to a leader in the Luxury Home and Estate Building Industry. With passion and determination, Raymond Gardella has been creating homes of stature and distinction
for the last twenty-five years. His educational background in Arts and Literature has grown into a drive to create masterpieces.
We seek talented and dependable trades people, with each having an average of over twelve years of experience. By working with several leading architects in Southeastern
Michigan, Lubin, Tringale, and Bogaerts over the years, Gardella Homes has executed magnificent designs and groundbreaking styles. Management of these projects
is primarily run by Raymond himself, with the addition of his son in recent years. Together we are striving to provide an enhanced product through technology
and innovation of ideas, while offering a superior building experience for our valued customers.
Homes are available
for purchase with down payment and working contract between parties with respect to projects progression point. Builder financed.
 Currently owned lots may be contracted through
down payment and working contract to encompass the duration of the building project with specified details to incorporate customers preferences. Builder or Buyer
financed.

All projects include allowances
for customer specified appointments. Gardella Homes Inc. has standardized construction specifications that can be made available for review and may be altered
and/or enhanced to incorporate customer preferences. We are available to bid projects that encompass construction of a dwelling not to be lesser than 3,000 square
feet. All architects and/or designers plans are welcome for submission. We are able to offer a vast range in services in addition to the standardized specification,
including: interior decorating, professional landscaping services, architectural design, vast home electronics packages, and numerous other amenities. These services
are offered on a contract and/or allowance basis that can be included in a complete home package.
Gardella Home's commitment to increasing the architectural uniqueness of the communities they build in is stronger than ever. Our portfolio is stocked with the
best of Southeastern Michigan. Further, the specification packages are consistently refined for the latest in trends...from the superstructure to the finishing
colors and treatments. This year we are forerunning the use of masonry fireplaces, for their stately presence and characteristic appeal. Our options now include
new advancements in plumbing, fire safety, sound deadening, and computer integration.
Our latest development is this web site, where clients and brokers alike can view available homes, including their floor plans and detailed specifications. A new
and trend-setting feature is our current customer section where customers can view their allowance account balances, a latest progress update, photos of the building
process and and submit a warranty request. This is a must for that traveling corporate client!

 Gardella Homes Inc. actively supports the Holley Ear Institute,
a non-profit organization that provides life-enhancing programs for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. The founder and president of the institute is Ardis Gardella,
the wife of Raymond Gardella, president of Gardella Homes Inc.
In 1993 the Holley Ear Institute commenced a development, the Family Village, for the deaf on Vineyard Lake in the Irish Hills, just a mile from Brooklyn, Michigan.
Gardella Homes Inc. built the first complex for the institute, a building that houses 16 families for lodging and networking. Five years later the institute built
another facility for assembly and deaf stage performances, and Gardella Homes Inc. accomplished this. Most recently, Gardella Homes Inc. completed a third building
for the institute, a fine arts building for deaf artist and students.
Gardella Homes Inc. remains committed to assisting Ardis Gardella and the Holley Ear Institute in annual fund raising programs for the deaf. It is both a business

We realize that sometimes .01% counts more than the 99.99%. With this understanding, Gardella Homes Inc. is striving each day to make warranty response quicker,
the process more reliable and doing it right the first time a must. We have implemented new technology that allows us to take notes with a client at a 5 p.m.
meeting and have faxes with these notes on our trades and suppliers desk by the very next morning. This same program lets us monitor scheduled date versus actual
and numerous other management functions to the benefit of our clients.
That said, doing it right the first time is why you will seldom receive warranty service without someone from Gardella homes being present. We feel it's important
to take that opportunity to actively discuss the issues at hand, and use that information to find proactive ways to avoid future issues of the same nature!
