Our identifiable homes, with a range of 4,000 to 11,000 square feet, are in the most respected and renowned areas of Southeastern Michigan. For this reason, our standards
of quality and craftsmanship, along with attention to detail are intrinsically visible throughout the layouts.
In the last five years Gardella Homes Inc. has spent much time developing a unique process that is aimed at defeating new home construction myths or, as some like
to refer to it, as horror stories. We call this process "The Program." We have heard, as most of the general population has, that home owners frustrations

Defeating myths is not easy and is an evolving process;
after all, mankind has been providing shelter (homes) for
countless centuries. But we at Gardella Homes Inc. have
realized that delivering a custom product on time, on budget
and with few changes to the original plan is essential to
satisfying customers.
This is accomplished through intense planning. Gardella Homes Inc. commits diligent time and attention to understanding our client’s wishes and prioritizing
them in order to deliver an experience and product that defeats the myths. Gardella Homes Inc. is able to establish realistic budgets for time and money that
let us guide our customers through the design process and into the construction phase. We believe clients will come to us for our impressive elevations and style
but we know that clients will return because we are dedicated to The Program.
Gardella Homes is proud to work with Alexander V. Bogaerts
& Associates P.C. Founded in 1978; they provide distinctive
architecture for residential projects, as well as interior
design and planning services. The 18-member firm includes
seven registered architects.
At Gardella Homes Inc. we believe in old world craftsmanship with integration of today’s technologies. Our desire to deliver the unique quality of old world
has lead us to create our own line of profiles for our homes. Raymond Gardella designs mill work profiles uniquely for our homes that deliver a grand sense of
richness and simple elegance. Raymond creates new profiles annually and is also happy to create a profile especially for individual clients. This is our subtle
way of delivering old world craftsmanship and leaving a lasting impression.
Due to the custom nature of these homes, they are priced individually and based on the detailed specifications and allowances for each client, residence and/or
property. While this specifically does not answer, “how much are you per square foot?,” we take pride in a low administrative cost and streamlined
pricing agreements with repetitive suppliers/trades to the benefit of clients value per home.
